YB is a regulated inter-island cargo carrier transporting general freight, mixed pallets, roll-on, roll-off (Ro/Ro) equipment and containerized cargo via barge on a regular schedule between all major ports in Hawaii.
HTB/YB operates a fleet of 17 tugs and 14 barges in Honolulu, Nawili Wili, Kahului, Hilo, and Maui. YB’s newest barge is the Ho’omaka Hou, which was added to the fleet in 2007.
